Senior Corporate Responsibility Officer

 

The Jobs

  • Responsible for the implementation of the Company’s corporate responsibility policy and the related compliance processes.
  • Drive our social compliance and human rights initiatives, ensure successful program deployment and achievement of KPIs.
  • Handle social compliance audits & consulting programs, and prepare related reports and analyses.
  • Keep track of the updates and development of related regulations and ordinances.
  • Taking initiatives to define and work out continuous improvement plans on our sustainability performance.
  • Conduct training and communication to internal Departments and external business partners on our CR standards, requirements and goals.

 

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Compliance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with expertise in social or environmental compliance topics across China and/or Southeast Asia, is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with factory visits.
  • Familiar with social compliance standards (such as BSCI, SA8000, ICTI) and/or environmental compliance standards (such as BEPI, ISO 14001, Detox, Higg Index), circular economy and climate change.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Solution-oriented, attention to details, and always striving for customer success and excellent service.
  • Solid project management and analytical skills.
  • Mature personality with a high level of independence and integrity.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Flexible with business trips.
