We REWE Far East Limited (the “Company”) will endeavour to make sure our policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data (as defined in the Ordinance) supplied by you comply with the requirements under the Hong Kong SAR Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance 2013 – Cap.486 (the “Ordinance”).

The Company shall fully by complying privacy, confidentiality and security of personal information by complying with the obligation and requirements of the Ordinance. The Company committed to protect when collecting, storing the information from the sources (such as: email and form which is encrypted.

The Company will only collect information that is necessary for us to support our business activities. Information provided to the Company through our website activities and/or event information may be stored.
Where the Company has obtained contact information from 3rd party sources we will endeavour to verify the accuracy of the information and ensure that the information has been obtained in a manner consistent with our Corporate Policy.
