Project Manager
The Jobs
- Report to Managing Director and provide high-quality support in day-to-day operations
- Coordinate and develop meeting and conference presentation materials, ensuring well-organized content
- Organize events and conferences
- Lead and manage cross-divisional projects, fostering seamless coordination and collaboration across departments
- Facilitate the development of major business processes development and information flow within the organization
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures of critical business processes
- Stay updated on REWE Group practices and sourcing industry trends to drive innovation and operational excellence
Requirements
- Degree holder in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a project management role
- Proactive and self-initiative to take on new areas of responsibility
- Goal-oriented and customer-centric mindset, always striving for customer success and excellent service
- Strong analytical skill and attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, capable to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization
- Mature and assertive personality with a high level of independence
- Proficient in both spoken and written German and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Flexible with business trips
