Packaging Specialist (Color Management)
The Jobs
- Control the quality and color of packaging before and after production.
- Coordinate with Suppliers and Printer Houses to ensure the compliance of our Packaging quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Headquarter in Germany on packaging and color management topics.
- Provide training to internal Merchandising Departments and external Suppliers and Printer Houses on our color and printing requirements as well as the usage of iQIP system.
- Support the Project Manager in tracking project status and taking initiatives to improve the color management process.
- Maintain packaging related database including packaging checklist, material & color print library.
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Printing, Packaging, Graphic Design or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in printer house.
- Familiar with ISO 12647 standard. Knowledge of iQIP is a plus.
- Knowledge on different printing techniques including offset and digital printing is a plus.
- Color sensitive and solution-oriented.
- Good communication skill and able to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is a must.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Outlook, OneDrive) and experienced in ERP system.
- Flexible with business trips.
