The Hong Kong based REWE Sourcing office, REWE FAR EAST is looking for:

 

Contract Junior Merchandiser (9 months)

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Order follow up with vendors, buyers and internal parties to ensure a smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Ensure the order processing, costing and vendor information can be recorded in appointed systems accurately and timely.
• Coordinate sampling arrangement and delivery for approval.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance team in order to meet customers’ quality requirements.
• Organize and accompany buying / sourcing trips with customers.
• Perform other ad hoc duties.

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Experience in an international trade position is preferred.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
• Eagerness to learn more about international trade business and ability to work in cross-cultural teams is required.
• Attention to details, a positive work attitude and ability to handle and organize high workload is crucial.
• Good PC knowledge of MS-Office software is required.
• Bachelor degree in a business related subject is preferred but also other proficiencies are welcome to apply. Fresh graduate may also be
  considered
• Immediately available is preferable.
