The Jobs

  • Provide professional secretarial and administrative supports to the Managing Director
  • Handle calendars for the Managing Director and Management
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, company events and activities
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, reports, presentations and discussions
  • Arrange travel logistics including flight and hotel bookings, local transportation and travel itineraries for Management; also serve as back up for Corporate Travel Coordinator
  • Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned



  • Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in providing secretarial support to expatriates and management
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, confident in working in an international environment and interacting with people from different backgrounds and levels
  • Proactive and self-initiative to take on new areas of responsibility
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
  • Immediately available is preferred
