Assistant Logistics Officer
The Jobs
- Follow up on shipment and logistic operations.
- Communicate with suppliers, forwarders and internal departments including merchandising teams and buyers to ensure on-time delivery and the accuracy of shipping documents.
- Responsible for data maintenance, ensuring the data quality in system.
- Participate in Digitalization Projects for system interface and data migration.
- Provide administrative support and coordinate meetings for the team.
Requirements
- High diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferable in liners or buying office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.
- Strong numerical sense, solution-oriented and attention to details.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
