Assistant Logistics Officer

 

The Jobs

  • Follow up on shipment and logistic operations.
  • Communicate with suppliers, forwarders and internal departments including merchandising teams and buyers to ensure on-time delivery and the accuracy of shipping documents.
  • Responsible for data maintenance, ensuring the data quality in system.
  • Participate in Digitalization Projects for system interface and data migration.
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate meetings for the team.

 

Requirements

  • High diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferable in liners or buying office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Strong numerical sense, solution-oriented and attention to details.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
