The Job

• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of core business applications as well as ensuring system stability, security, and compliance.
• Partner with the business to identify process gaps and translate requirements into sustainable system enhancements within existing business applications as well as new developments.
• Provide first-level user support and troubleshooting to colleagues.
• Lead application-related projects from planning to deployment, including vendor coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Restructure and optimize the organization’s data landscape to enable efficient, accurate, and impactful reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, information systems or business intelligence.
• Strong conceptual thinking and systems perspective, with a focus on integrating processes, data, and technology.
• Demonstrated strength in strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong background in system integration, data management, and reporting.
• Experience with API integrations, ERP workflows, and cloud-based business applications.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Bi, HRMS as well as hands-on experience with TOPO Solutions and Odoo ERP considered a plus.
• Familiarity with data security, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office a must.
