We are seeking talented professionals to join our Hong Kong team in the following exciting role.

The Job

• Support daily operations in the Merchandising team to ensure smooth order processing from placement to shipment.
• Assist in buying trips, offer preparation, and follow up with suppliers on sample development and approval.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Quality, Packaging and Corporate Responsibility to ensure alignment with Company standards and requirements.
• Track order status and proactively identify and report risks of late shipments.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and filing in order management systems.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Merchandising experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.
• Solution-oriented, attention to details, and always striving for customer success and excellent service.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Flexible with business trips.
