We are seeking talented professionals to join our Hong Kong team in the following exciting role:

The Job

• Support the execution of the Company’s Corporate Responsibility strategy and contribute to the achievement of sustainability and compliance objectives across the regional supply chain.
• Coordinate and implement Corporate Responsibility (CR) and sustainability programs across assigned business areas.
• Conduct and manage social and/or environmental compliance audits, assessments, and improvement programs.
• Partner with suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders to drive compliance and sustainability performance improvements.
• Deliver training and guidance on the Company’s CR standards, sustainability requirements, and goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in social compliance, environmental compliance, sustainability, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience working with supply chains, factories, and manufacturing environments in China and/or Southeast Asia.
• Good knowledge of social and/or environmental compliance standards (e.g., BSCI, SA8000, SMETA, BEPI, ISO 14001).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and willingness to travel.
