Project Manager, Regulatory Compliance & Processes
The Jobs
- Report to the Managing Director and drive the implementation of various regulatory and product compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including counterparts at Headquarters in Germany to ensure regulatory compliance in our products and business processes.
- Support the Merchandising Departments and other Service Departments in defining processes and reporting standards.
- Monitor the project implementation, documentation, reporting and data collection.
- Stay up to date on regulatory requirements in Asia and Europe.
- Develop and deliver training and communication materials for internal and external business partners.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Social & Environment Compliance or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a project management role.
- Knowledge of legal initiatives and requirements at EU or German State Level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.
- Solution-oriented and customer-centric mindset, always striving for customer success and excellent service.
- Mature personality with a high level of independence and integrity.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, with German being an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Flexible with business trips.
