Junior Merchandiser (Hardgoods)

The Jobs

• Support daily operations in merchandising team to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Assist offer preparation and follow up from order placement until shipment for all purchased products.
• Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders such as German headquarters, suppliers, quality department and logistics department.
• Ensure order, costing and vendor information are recorded in appointed systems accurately and timely.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance team to meet company’s quality requirements.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Merchandising Experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
• Good communication skill, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.
• Solution-oriented, attention to details, and always striving for customer success and excellent service.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Flexible with business trips.
