Field Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform factory inspections.
• Perform on site audits and supplier evaluation based on quality criteria.
• Provide training to suppliers on our quality requirements.
• Perform product evaluation on-site and in office.
• Accompany the production process on-site to ensure REWE quality requirements.
• Attend buying trips with buyers and merchandiser.
• Prepare weekly report on QA/factory audit/project progress.

 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years in quality management/quality control in consumer goods or testing laboratory.
• Able to have frequent travel.
• Knowledge of production processes is a plus.
• Self-driven and solution oriented, and comfortable to work in cross-cultural environment.
• Good assertiveness and communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Good PC knowledge (Microsoft office suite).
