Assistant Quality Coordinator 

 

The Jobs

  • Coordinate and schedule the quality services with service providers.
  • Prepare and track inspection and testing orders.
  • Communicate with internal Departments, external Inspection Institutes, Testing Labs and Suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inspection services and proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data and document filing in related systems.
  • Provide daily administrative support in the Quality Department.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in business administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in administration support, preferable in buying office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Solution-oriented and attention to details.
  • Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
